Juliana is the Executive Director of the El Salitre Women and Children Center. With a background in early childhood and special education teaching, Juliana's journey has been marked by a passion for learning and a commitment to social impact.

After four years as a teacher, Juliana embarked on a new path driven by her deep interest in ethical fashion and social media marketing. Through self-directed learning and hands-on experience, she honed her skills in social media management, content creation, and people management. Along the way, she cultivated a diverse network of supporters who recognized her talents and dedication.

Born and raised in Guatemala, Juliana currently resides in Antigua Guatemala, balancing her responsibilities at the El Salitre Center with regular visits to Amatitlan. Her multicultural background and deep connection to her roots enrich her perspective and drive her commitment to making a difference in her community.
