Since 2005, Mark has owned a seasonal franchise for Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream in Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO and worked as a Franchise Consulting business operating out of his home in Phoenix. Mark’s early career included diverse and increasing responsibilities in operations, general management, business development and direct P & L responsibility, having proudly worked with SM Wilson & Co, The Gund Company and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Mark’s community involvement is extensive. He served on the Development Board of SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center, as a Big Brother for over 30 years in Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Eastern MO, and as a Steering Committee Member for the YES to Children Campaign for the Scottsdale Unified School District. Currently, Mark serves as a governing board member and mentor, for The Challenge Foundation, a not-for-profit that helps kids from challenging backgrounds by supporting their education from 5th grade through college.
Mark lives in Phoenix with his wife, Susannah, and they have two grown daughters.
